Pactum is looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and security of Pactum's IT operations, directly impacting the productivity of our team and the reliability of our systems. This involves management of user accounts and permissions across key SaaS platforms and IT systems, including devices. Additionally, the role requires providing timely and effective technical support to end-users, resolving a majority of common IT issues independently. You will also maintain and update IT documentation, manage IT assets, and assist in implementing IT policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone who will:

• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all departments and time zones, providing efficient IT support.
• Maintain the operational excellence and security of Pactum’s IT infrastructure, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Execute timely and accurate management of user accounts, permissions, and device deployments across all relevant SaaS platforms and IT systems.
• Deliver exceptional technical support to employees, resolving issues promptly.

You are likely to succeed if you…

• Have 1-3+ years of practical IT experience, demonstrating a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Exhibit a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic startup environment.
• Are genuinely passionate for learning and adapting to new technologies, with a strong desire to expand your IT skillset.
• Have a foundational understanding of IT security best practices, with a focus on maintaining a secure IT environment.
• Have hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various operating systems and devices, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Extra points for:

• Previous experience in managing user accounts and permissions within SaaS platforms (Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Slack, GitHub, Google Workspace, O365).
• Experience in device management using Jamf and Microsoft Intune, with strong knowledge of  MacOS, Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, with the ability to troubleshoot network-related issues.
• Experience with video conferencing systems and setup, including troubleshooting and optimization, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
• Experience with cloud based systems.
