Our Sales and Product organizations are growing and we are looking for a world-class Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team. You will be the connecting force between our product and capabilities and customer needs. Using your technical abilities and business acumen, you will demonstrate how Pactum can create value for Fortune 500 customers and beyond. You’ll play a key role in defining how Pactum sells and what we build.
You will be responsible for:
Building and Managing Partnerships: Onboard, nurture, and expand relationships with strategic partners within Top Tier BPOs, Global System Integrators and consulting firms (BIG 4), Management consulting firms, and tech companies, ensuring high-level collaboration and growth.
Driving Strategic Growth: Develop strategies to accelerate business growth through partnerships. Drive regular weekly, monthly and quarterly cadences with partners and generate qualified pipeline. Support sales and solution consulting teams throughout the sales cycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between external partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment and project success. Lead regular cadence between partners and various internal Pactum departments including Product & Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services and Customer Success to provide live market feedback and plan joint marketing activities.
Strategy & Execution: Create and implement alliance strategies, structures, and best practices to help scale the business.
Insights and Reporting: Gather key insights, track partner performance, and participate in quarterly strategy sessions with sales and executive teams.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to keep our partnerships ahead of the curve.
You’re a great fit if you have:
5 to 7+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, alliances, or channel sales (Enterprise-level experience preferred) partnering with BPOs, GSIs, Consulting firms and/or tech companies.
A deep understanding of partnership dynamics and the ability to manage and grow key alliances.
Familiarity with AI, tech, or startup ecosystems (ideal, but not required).
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and present to executives and stakeholders.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
A passion for working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on unconventional solutions.
Self-starter mentality: You take ownership of your projects and can navigate ambiguity with a problem-solving mindset.
Resilience: You can handle rejection and lead difficult conversations with confidence.
Strong organizational skills and a “get things done” attitude.
Analytical mindset and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel and flexibility to work with an international team.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation details:
At Pactum, we pay competitive salaries to ensure that our employees know they are valued. We set standard ranges for all of our positions benchmarked against companies in similar stages of growth and revenue, dependent on job function, expertise level, academic achievements, and geographic location. The compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000/year on-target earnings, with a 70/30 split between base and variable. In addition, we offer company equity as part of the total compensation package.
