Pactum is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Account Manager – a true rock star – to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with key clients and drive revenue growth. If you're passionate about driving client success and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Partner with leaders to build out a best in class customer success function, including building, and developing the team
- Refine and enforce the Pactum customer success best practices playbook
- Drive responsibilities of the customer success team to include the strategic relationship (e.g. CPO, CFO, VP level), focus on expanding spend through Pactum(across countries, business units, use cases, Pactum products), renewals, upsells and cross-sells.
- Help the leaders track sales team KPIs (e.g.: pipeline management, daily/weekly activities, etc.)
You are likely to succeed if you..
- Have 8+ years proven experience as an Enterprise Account Executive / Account Manager hitting sales goals at a SaaS start-up organization
- Experience in implementing a strategic selling process
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity and ability to adapt to a growing /dynamic business environment
- Are able to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Have a thorough understanding of negotiating and sales techniques.
- Have a deep understanding of B2B procurement process and you've previously worked with procurement clients.
Compensation details:
At Pactum, we pay competitive salaries to ensure that our employees know they are valued. We set standard ranges for all of our positions benchmarked against companies in similar stages of growth and revenue, dependent on job function, expertise level, academic achievements, and geographic location.
The compensation range for this role is $300,000/year on-target earnings, with a 60/40 split between base and variable. company equity.
