Why Product at Pactum?

We’re looking for a Product Specialist to drive the adoption of new platform features, enhance operational workflows, and promote alignment toward shared goals.

This is a critical role that improves efficiency across the company and helps powerful product features deliver their full impact. You won’t just relay information, you’ll take ownership of shaping how internal adoption happens at scale.

We are looking for someone who will:

• Partner closely with Product teams to support seamless collaboration and shared goals.
• Help Product teams adopt new tools and features and troubleshoot blockers
• Improve visibility and understanding of how platform features and infrastructure are used
• Own and streamline our translation process, balancing cost and quality with clear communication
• Spot inefficiencies in operational workflows and deliver improvements, hands-on when needed

As a Product Specialist, you'll excel if you

• Have 1-3+ years of experience working with product, data, or operations teams in a software development context
• Have strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to navigate complex systems and uncover hidden dependencies
• Enjoy working behind the scenes to remove friction and boost team productivity
• Have some experience with basic scripting, coding, or AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, or the desire to learn
• Have familiarity with localization, translation workflows, or platform infrastructure.
• Are enthusiastic and driven, willing to take strong ownership of problems to deliver impact
