Revenue Operations Specialist (Estonia)
Pactum is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Estonia (Hybrid position). This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of our Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring it effectively supports our global Sales, Marketing, and Customer Growth teams.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Perform all administrative functions for Salesforce, including user management, profiles, permission sets, security settings, and data hygiene.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rules to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and user activity.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure the platform aligns with strategic goals.
- Manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support to our growing team.
- Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce releases and features, implementing best practices and new functionalities as needed.
- Manage third-party integrations and app installations within Salesforce.
You are likely to succeed if you…
- Have 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a fast-paced B2B or SaaS environment.
- Hold a Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) Good to have but not required.
- Are proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, with experience in customizing objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Have a proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
- Have an understanding of data management and security best practices within Salesforce.
- Are organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
