Content Marketing Manager
About the role
Pactum is seeking a challenge-driven Content Marketing Manager to define how the market understands Negotiation Intelligence. This is not a demand-generation copy role. It is a strategic role for someone who wants to shape a category through clear thinking, credible education, and durable narrative leadership.
You will own Pactum’s long-form content strategy and execution, translating complex ideas into authoritative frameworks, reports, and perspectives that senior procurement leaders trust. Your work will define Pactum’s voice in the market and establish the company as the reference point for negotiation intelligence.
In short, your mandate is to build category authority through high-quality content that educates the market, sharpens Pactum’s positioning, and compounds in value over time.
What you’ll be doing
Category narrative ownership:
Own and evolve Pactum’s Negotiation Intelligence narrative, ensuring clarity, consistency, and credibility across all long-form content.Flagship content development:
Lead the creation and ongoing evolution of Pactum’s core category assets, including the Negotiation Intelligence Report, Playbook, and Maturity Assessment.Long-form content creation:
Produce high-quality educational content such as reports, ebooks, playbooks, and frameworks that establish Pactum as a category authority.Editorial leadership:
Write and publish long-form articles and blogs for Pactum’s website, maintaining a consistent cadence and high editorial standard.Industry thought leadership:
Pitch, write, and publish articles in relevant procurement and enterprise technology publications to extend Pactum’s point of view beyond owned channels.Newsletter ownership:
Own and edit Pactum’s external newsletter, ensuring it delivers insight, relevance, and value to a senior enterprise audience.Press and company communications:
Draft press notes, announcements, and company updates related to reports, events, partnerships, and milestones.Customer storytelling:
Write case studies and customer narratives that clearly articulate value, outcomes, and strategic impact.Campaign and launch support:
Create content that supports campaigns, events, and product or category launches, ensuring alignment with the broader narrative.Editorial planning and rigor:
Maintain a clear editorial calendar aligned with campaigns, events, and launches, balancing strategic priorities with execution discipline.
What we think it takes to succeed
A proven track record owning long-form content and thought leadership in a B2B environment
Strong writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and credibly
Experience developing category narratives, frameworks, or point-of-view content
Comfort operating as both strategist and executor, from defining narratives to writing and editing
Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Events, Growth, and Creative functions
High standards for quality, consistency, and clarity
Excellent organization and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple content streams
Experience in B2B SaaS for at least 3 years, within enterprise tech, or procurement-related domains preferred
