About you
Pactum is pioneering a new kind of AI-based negotiation software, solving novel, multi-million dollar problems for the world's largest enterprises.
As a Technical Deployment Manager, you’ll own the technical execution of Pactum’s AI negotiation workspaces- translating client business needs into flawless, on-time integrations (Coupa, Ariba, API, Email) that power high-quality automated negotiations.
Your daily adventures will include
End-to-end setup. Configure client workspaces, including DocuSign, email, and Coupa/Ariba/API integrations.
Technical ownership. Lead configuration workshops and integration calls, guiding clients through technical decisions.
Deployment partnership. Work closely with the Deployment Lead to drive projects from idea to launch.
Client advisory. Advise Fortune 500 clients on best practices for Pactum implementation and usage.
Cross-team collaboration. Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Product to ship continuous improvements.
Quality first. Maintain documentation, follow Jira checklists, and test thoroughly for zero-defect launches.
Post-go-live care. Manage configuration changes within SLAs and hand off smoothly to Operations Support team.
What you bring
Detail obsessed. A clean-code mindset, spot and fix issues before clients ever see them.
Clear communicator. Translate complex technical setups into simple, meaningful explanations for any audience.
2+ years in technical deployment, implementation, or professional services (SaaS/enterprise).
Problem solver. Plan end-to-end deployments and unblock issues independently.
Process-driven. Strong with Jira, Confluence, and technical documentation.
Logic thinker. Comfortable designing and navigating complex decision trees and workflows.
As a bonus, it would be great if you have:
Enterprise savvy. Experience working with Fortune 500 clients in technical or services roles.
Technically hands-on. ERP and API integration experience, ideally with Coupa and/or Ariba.
Startup or scale-up experience.
