Alliances Manager (US) - Tech Partners
About the role
Pactum is seeking a challenge-driven Alliances Manager to build and scale our technology partner ecosystem. This is not a coordination role. It is a strategic growth role for someone who understands how procurement technology platforms shape enterprise buying decisions and knows how to translate ecosystem influence into measurable revenue.
You will own and expand relationships with leading procurement technology firms and adjacent enterprise platforms. Your work will determine how Pactum integrates into the broader procurement technology landscape and how effectively those relationships generate qualified pipeline and commercial impact.
This is a quota-bearing individual contributor role with meaningful growth potential as Pactum’s alliance function expands.
In short, your mandate is to turn technology partnerships into a scalable and repeatable revenue channel for Pactum.

Act as the bridge between external partners and internal teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and coordinated execution.
Market feedback and product insight:
Gather ecosystem intelligence and structured partner feedback to inform product direction and strategic planning.
Performance tracking and reporting:
Monitor partner contribution, pipeline influence, and performance metrics. Drive corrective action when needed.
Industry positioning:
Maintain awareness of procurement technology trends, competitive dynamics, and integration strategies to keep Pactum’s alliance model differentiated.
