Partner Operations Specialist
About the role
Pactum is looking for a systems-minded Partner Operations Manager to design, build, and optimize the operational infrastructure that powers our partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — ideal for someone who thrives on building scalable processes, owns the data behind partner performance, and knows how to make complex, multi-party programs run seamlessly.
You won't just maintain what exists — you'll build what's needed. You will own the systems, workflows, and reporting that enable our partner organization to scale efficiently, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product to ensure our partner motions run cleanly from deal registration through to payout. Your success will be measured by operational efficiency, program scalability, and the quality of insight you give the business.
This is an individual contributor role with meaningful growth potential as Pactum's partner function scales.
What you'll be doing
Partner program operations:
Own end-to-end operational workflows for partner onboarding, deal registration, opportunity management, and partner lifecycle management.
Manage and optimize the partner tech stack — CRM, integration platforms, and partner portals — to improve partner experience and internal efficiency.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide visibility into partner pipeline, revenue attribution, program ROI, and partner health scores.
Design and document scalable processes for partner tiering, incentive programs, MDF and co-marketing fund disbursement, and compliance tracking.
Cross-functional coordination:
Serve as the operational liaison between Partner Managers, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to align on partner GTM motions.
Collaborate with Marketing on co-marketing campaigns, joint messaging, partner communications, and demand generation activities that drive partner-sourced pipeline.
Support quarterly and annual partner business planning, capacity modeling, and territory and account mapping.
Build partner enablement plans that ensure operational readiness for new program launches, product releases, and partner events.
Maintain partner contract compliance, audit partner data integrity, and enforce program policies.
What we think it takes to succeed
2+ years in partner operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations at a B2B technology or SaaS company
Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and partner management tooling
Advanced analytical skills — comfortable building models and dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
Experience designing and documenting operational processes at scale
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with ecosystem and marketplace dynamics — cloud marketplaces, ISV partnerships, SI and GSI alliances — is a plus
Experience with CPQ, billing, or ERP systems as they relate to partner transactions is a plus
SQL or basic scripting ability for ad-hoc data analysis is a plus
High ownership, low ego — you build clarity out of ambiguity and don't wait for permission to make things better
Comfort operating in a high-growth startup where you'll need to build process, not just follow it
